Transfer to the small picturesque village of Fontainhas, elected by NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC as one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Begin Walk. 5 hours - difficult – ascending and descending, long walk Walking up along ocean coastal path, passing small villages of people with their plantations, men, woman, children even animals all have a role in the village and here you will witness how they make it all come together. Along the way you will find donkeys carrying containers of water. The coastal views are tremendous, strong waves and currents smash against the coastline and though you may be tempted to test the waters, it is a very dangerous coast, there is no swimming here! From Fontainhas to Formiguinhas, and Corvo you will find religious scripts carved in stone along the road, arrive to Cruzinha a small fishing village which will lead you Chá de Igreja, where you will find a beautiful small chapel.
